Instructions:
1. Cut cardboard into the shape of a car.
2. Attach bottle caps as wheels using tape or glue.
3. Use straws to create a nozzle for the balloon.
4. Tape the balloon to the back of the car.
5. Blow up the balloon and release it to watch the car zoom!
